But, YOU DO NEED TO read the terms before ordering because when you make a purchase, you are agreeing to these terms.

1. RSVPs and Preorders: This Cupsleeve RSVP and Hobi Heaven Ticket reservations are valid for pickup and entry ONLY on the day you select for purchase - Wed 3/26 or Thu 3/27 2025- at the check-in table in the courtyard in front of Love Yourself Creative during our event hours of 10am-3pm. Please read additional policies for Hobi Heaven below.

2. All sales are final. No refunds, No Exchanges, No Changes, No credits forward, no returns, No exceptions for your HOTS cupsleeve tier. The event will happen rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by the event organizers. If you do not pickup your cupsleeve tier before we close the event at 3pm your cupsleeve tier is considered forfeit.

3. Hobi Heaven Policies.

   • Because there is a limit to the number of people in the building at one time, we have set-up these policies to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and safe experience for as many ARMYs as possible.

   • Your ticket will give you 30 minutes to participate in the Hobi Heaven experience.

   • The time you reserve at checkout is your boarding time for entry into the popup experience. Please be at the boarding gate 5-10 minutes before entry.

   • Please check-in at the event table by no later than 15 minutes before your board time to receive your boarding pass and be ready to line up by the boarding gate by the building door for entry 5 minutes before your time to enter.

   • If you are purchasing tickets for a group, please ensure that all members of your group are present before check-in. Once the check-in process begins, no additional accommodations will be made for late-arriving members of your group.

   • Please be respectful to other ARMY and ensure you arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and no accommodations will be made for missing your reservation time. No exceptions.

   • Much like flight boarding, if the gate is closed when you arrive, you are too late to enter. You are also able to “standby” for a different boarding time if there are spots available at the time of board. However, standby spots are not guaranteed if you wait for the spot.

   • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. Any unused tickets will not be refunded nor credited towards any other purchase.

   • Tickets for this event are personal and non-transferable. Only the person whose name is on the reservation may enter Hobi Heaven.

   • Notice of potential risks: There is one flight of stairs, and some flashing lights through video projection in the exhibition.

   • By agreeing to the terms at checkout and making the purchase, you acknowledge that you are aware of the inherent risks associated with participating in Hobi Heaven and voluntarily agree to assume all such risks or accidents that may occur. I hereby release the entities and owners of Bom Joy LLC, JKs Corner and Love Yourself Creatives from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may occur to me during my participation in this event, and I further agree to not sue Bom Joy LLC, JKs Corner and Love Yourself Creatives for any such claims.
