We are home of Austin’ first and original mochi donuts. We have been a Popup going for 5 years offering over 100 flavors a year on our chewy Korean sweet rice donuts. Our flavors change monthly along with a few other mochi favorites.

We’re Pressing Pause… for Now
March 30 marked five beautiful years of Bom Bakeshop.
What began as a dusted-off dream during lockdown became a space filled with sweetness, connection, and creativity—thanks to you.
But every oven needs time to cool. Every baker needs to breathe.
So for now, Bom is on pause.
Not because it’s over—but because I’m listening.
To my body. My spirit. My joy.
And waiting for the next “yes” to rise from a place of wholeness.
We may return one day. And if we do, it’ll be with even more wonder and soul.
